For Furniture/Lighting/Mattress/Appliances categories, Returns will be accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, incomplete set or not same as described on the website. Kindly inform us of any issue by either sending an email to email@example.com or calling us at (+91) 798 866 8951 (10 AM – 7 PM)within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
For any short-shipment / missing parts / faulty parts, the particular part would be replaced as soon as possible.

Please return the package in the original packing including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories On certain items like appliances & electronics, Brand’s warranty may supersede Shopyko.com Returns Policy.
Once a return request is authorized from our end, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product, provided goods are received in an acceptable condition.
