📦 Packaging
We use vendor-supplied packaging designed to keep your items safe during transit. Depending on the product and supplier, packaging may include:
- Protective bubble wrap
- Sturdy cardboard boxes
- Padded envelopes or waterproof poly mailers
Please note: As a dropshipping store, your items may arrive in non-branded packaging and may be shipped in separate parcels if ordered from different suppliers.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times
Our vendors typically process and ship orders within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location:
- USA, UK, EU & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
During peak seasons, delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived after 25 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate the issue.
🌍 International Shipping
Yes — we ship globally! However, please keep in mind:
- Some regions may face longer delivery times.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
📦 Multiple Packages
Because we work with multiple vendors, your order may be split and arrive in more than one package, possibly on different days. Don’t worry — this is normal in dropshipping logistics.
