Refund and Returns Policy

At Shopyko, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our return and refund process.

📦 Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works too).

📩 Start your return:
Email us at support@shopyko.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) a photo of the product.

Please do not return items without first contacting us — we’ll provide return instructions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some types of products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., face rollers, toothbrushes)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., snacks, supplements)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Clearance/final sale items (unless defective)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before making a return request.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with confirmation. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Your bank/card provider may take extra time to reflect the refund

🔄 If your return is rejected, we’ll explain why and discuss next steps.

🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Wrong item shipped

To request an exchange, email support@shopyko.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the item
  • Description of the issue

We’ll do our best to replace it quickly.

🏷️ Sale & Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Sale or clearance items are non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • Product defects
  • Wrong item sent

🎁 Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and want to return it:

  • You’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift card
  • Gift returns must meet the same eligibility criteria as standard returns

Note: Refunds cannot be issued to the gift recipient’s payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.
  • If you’re returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
