📦 Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works too).
📩 Start your return:
Email us at support@shopyko.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) a photo of the product.
Please do not return items without first contacting us — we’ll provide return instructions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some types of products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Opened or used personal care items (e.g., face rollers, toothbrushes)
- Perishable goods (e.g., snacks, supplements)
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Custom/personalized items
- Clearance/final sale items (unless defective)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before making a return request.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with confirmation. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Your bank/card provider may take extra time to reflect the refund
🔄 If your return is rejected, we’ll explain why and discuss next steps.
Keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
🔁 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:
- Items received damaged or defective
- Wrong item shipped
To request an exchange, email support@shopyko.com with:
- Order number
- Photo of the item
- Description of the issue
We’ll do our best to replace it quickly.
🏷️ Sale & Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable, except in the case of:
- Product defects
- Wrong item sent
🎁 Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and want to return it:
- You’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift card
- Gift returns must meet the same eligibility criteria as standard returns
Note: Refunds cannot be issued to the gift recipient’s payment method.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.
- If you’re returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
